About The Position
Creates and manages the architecture for VoIP systems within an organization. This includes planning, designing and overseeing the implementation of Cisco Unified Communications solutions to ensure the telephony systems are aligned with Summa's goals and objectives. An expert at using Cisco technologies to build robust, scalable, and secure IP telephony solutions in enterprise environments, this role collaborates closely with networking and contact center architects and engineers to build, support, and optimize integrated communications platforms at Summa.
