We are looking for experienced Network Architects to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. Network infrastructure engineering services are comprised of core infrastructure, voice and video engineering, field engineering, application management and development for networks, network analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service delivery. This is a fast paced, challenging, and rewarding experience in which you are able to provide solutions on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within this community.

  • Design solutions for multifaceted applications and IT systems.
  • Provide strategic direction, roadmap, and standards.
  • Create and maintain architecture design and standards.
  • Develop high-level system specifications.
  • Provide Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) support.
  • Collaborate with Engineers regarding design solutions.
  • Evaluate current and emerging technologies identifying solution impact.
  • Work independently and possess an aptitude for getting things done.
  • Develop future technology and architectural advancements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science.
  • 11 years of relevant experience.
  • Significant experience with Python, Java, Automation, and Systems Design.
  • Deep understanding/experience in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, IBM, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of modern software languages (e.g., Python, Bash Scripting, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Salt, Terraform, Chef).
  • Knowledge of Containers (e.g., Dockers, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with automated testing.
  • Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Knowledge of Security Development Operations (SecDevOps).
  • Knowledge of web applications and frameworks (e.g., Ruby, Rails, Django).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.
  • Knowledge of Agile development principles.
