About The Position

The Court is conducting an open recruitment for the classification of Network and Systems Administrator - Cybersecurity. Under the direction of and reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the incumbent in this classification designs, implements, maintains, and trains others on the daily support of the Court's secure voice, data, and network security infrastructure, as well as the courts on-prem and government cloud-hosted compute, server, storage, and virtual infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to the design, installation, implementation, and automated 24x7 monitoring of Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), servers (physical and virtual), Storage Area Networks (SAN), network appliances and devices, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), firewalls, wireless infrastructure, Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telecommunications system, Active Directory (AD), Office 365 (O365), VMWare and Court applications in Azure. The Network and Systems Administrator - Cybersecurity provides administration of, installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the network and Court systems and as well as helps guide Threat Detection, physical Court security technology, Incident Management, Incident Response working with various Justice Partners such as Court Security, and Disaster Recovery, mitigating cybersecurity threats, providing timely reports after incidents.
