The Network Analyst is responsible for maintaining and administering voice, data, and wireless network services. This role requires a solid understanding of networking fundamentals and analytical skills to ensure the smooth operation of network hardware, software, and communication links. The Network Analyst will also participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of network services to fulfill business objectives.

  • Configures and deploys wireless infrastructure, firewalls, routers, switches, and other hardware.
  • Configures and administers networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
  • Monitors network performance and troubleshoots problem areas as needed.
  • Collaborates with senior network engineers and management to support their projects and initiatives.
  • Creates and maintains documentation related to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.
  • Analyzes data, voice, or video network documentation and communicates the current operational status of networks to management.
  • Escalates any potential network issues to management and acts with urgency to restore restaurant connectivity.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum 2 years responsible experience in PC hardware repair and installation.
  • 1+ years' experience supporting LANs, WANs, TCP/IP, and associated networking.
  • 1+ years' experience with telecommunications systems including VoIP telephony.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Cisco CCNA certification
  • Juniper JNCIA certification
  • CompTIA Network certification
  • Working knowledge of wide area monitoring and connectivity troubleshooting skills.
