As a Level 1 Network Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and security of our network infrastructure. The Network Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of Duke Health's network infrastructure. This includes provisioning, installation, configuration, monitoring, design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and daily support of network devices. The role focuses on supporting the enterprise network infrastructure across Duke Health’s hospitals, clinics, data centers, and research environments. Additionally, the analyst will participate in implementing network projects of various sizes at different Duke Health locations. You will work with a team of network professionals providing 24/7/365 on-call support, both remotely and on-site, which may involve night, holiday, and weekend work.
