Responsible for installing, configuring, administering, and supporting LAN, WAN, Internet, and Microsoft Cloud/Server systems. Ensures network availability and performs maintenance to support uninterrupted operations.

Network Infrastructure -Design, implement, and maintain secure LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN; manage Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, CradlePoint devices; apply VLAN, routing, and 802.1x authentication; use AI tools for threat detection; automate tasks with PowerShell/Python.
Windows Server & Domain Services- Administer Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and enforce NTFS permissions.
Security Operations- Patch management, endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, privileged access control, and traffic monitoring.
Client Systems & Endpoint Security- Configure ATP, BitLocker, troubleshoot endpoints, and manage Intune deployments.
Cloud Infrastructure- Administer Azure VMs, storage, NSGs, load balancers, and monitor performance/security.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting- Diagnose issues, implement failover/disaster recovery, and document resolutions.
Research & Continuous Improvement- Stay updated on tech trends, recommend upgrades, and support compliance (ISO/NIST).
Collaboration & Documentation- Work with cross-functional teams, assist in incident response, maintain documentation, and provide user training.

Bachelor’s in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
2–3 years in network administration and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft/Azure ecosystem, Cisco, NetApp, CradlePoint.
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Python), automation, and security tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions

Certifications: A+, MCSE, CCNA preferred.
