About The Position
The Office of Information Technology encourages applications for a Network Administrator! In this role, the Administrator will maintain the CU-Boulder data network by configuring network management tools, supervising network health, diagnosing and repairing failures, answering customer's questions, and resolving trouble reports. This position also supports campus data switch configurations, design layout, capital construction network estimates, troubleshooting network layer 2 and 3, provide support for customer issues, and respond to tickets in a timely manner. This position may share responsibility for continued 24x7 operation of the campus network, and joins an on-call rotation and needs to be able to respond to broad outages in a timely manner.
