This role is responsible for administration, management, and support activities associated with the IT infrastructure of Dickey’s corporate office and other affiliate offices. This includes but is not limited to updating and maintaining network equipment (physical server, network switches, firewalls, storage, VPN) in the corporate offices and other Dickey’s offices as needed. The position also involves monitoring, updating, and maintaining the health of all corporate issued PCs, including basic repairs and setting up warranty work to be done by OEM, which includes remote PCs. Additionally, the role requires setting up and monitoring virtual servers, maintaining their health and performance, and responding to security and system alerts as needed. Communication with outside support personnel regarding hardware/software problems is also a key responsibility.
