The position involves supporting the Network Operations Center with a focus on telecommunications infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience in monitoring and managing various telecommunication systems, including Transport, Fiber, 800 Mhz radio, FAA Tower Lighting, Voice/Video Systems, and Wireless and LAN/WAN assets. The individual will coordinate communication and restoration of telecommunication services, provide Tier1 and Tier 2 support, and manage ticket creation and escalation with telecommunication carriers. The role also includes supporting TCOM teams with change requests, service reporting, and ensuring the safety of associates at remote locations.
