Reporting directly to the VP of IT Security and Infrastructure, the Network Administrator Lead is responsible for overseeing the Network Administration staff and resources dedicated to achieving operational goals. The Network Administrator Lead plays a key role in designing, building, and implementing network systems across the credit union. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all local and wide area network connections, corporate servers, associated software, and communication links. Further, the Lead will troubleshoot network performance issues, as well as analyze network traffic and provide capacity planning solutions.
