About The Position

As a Network Admin at Epicor, your expertise in network infrastructure will help drive reliability, performance, and innovation across our global systems. You will support and collaborate on the development, implementation, and administration of processes and procedures that ensure optimal network performance and recoverability. You will be responsible for Tier-2 operational support, project planning, and maintaining high availability across our data centers and cloud services.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience with LAN, WAN, and security technologies
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, including VPNs, IPsec, and remote access
• Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols such as BGP and HSRP
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills for system-wide issues
• Ability to manage time, resources, and priorities to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with F5 load balancers, Aruba wireless, and Arista technologies
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure; AWS and GCP also acceptable
• Experience with automation in networking environments
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and/or Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP), or equivalent certifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design, implementation, and administration of network infrastructure systems, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, wireless, load balancers, SDWAN, and public cloud services
• Assist in planning and executing system implementations, migrations, and upgrades across global data centers
• Provide Tier-2 operational support for network technologies, ensuring high availability and performance
• Compile performance data, generate reports, and analyze trends to optimize network reliability and efficiency
• Follow and develop scripts and standard procedures to support next-generation networking infrastructure
• Maintain accurate documentation of network infrastructure across all global sites and data centers
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents, engaging team resources as needed
