GPRS Core Values: Integrity Teamwork Mutual Respect Growth Mindedness Safety Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a NetSuite Solutions Lead. In this role, you will own the design, configuration, and ongoing evolution of our NetSuite platform, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that support complex operational, billing, and revenue processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline, or minimum 8 years of practical experience
  • 4+ years of progressive NetSuite experience, including administration, implementation, and advanced configuration
  • Advanced knowledge of NetSuite security, roles, permissions, page layouts, custom records, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and forms.
  • Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules, including Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition (ARM), Procurement, General Ledger, AP, and AR
  • Working knowledge of SuiteScript and SuiteFlow, including scripting, workflows, CSV imports, scheduled scripts, and automation
  • Experience designing and supporting complex NetSuite customizations and integrations aligned to business processes
  • Experience supporting service-based and SaaS business models, including subscription billing, usage-based billing, and revenue recognition
  • Familiarity with SaaS billing and revenue recognition concepts, including contract modifications, renewals, upgrades, and revenue allocation
  • Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system and process issues, particularly in billing and revenue scenarios
  • Deep understanding of how NetSuite configurations and customizations support end-to-end business processes
  • Solid data analysis skills using Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions

Nice To Haves

  • NetSuite Administrator Certification, preferred not required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver scalable NetSuite solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value
  • Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced NetSuite configurations, customizations, and enhancements aligned to business requirements
  • Lead support for complex NetSuite issues and escalations (Tier 3 - 4), including cross-functional and system-to-system dependencies
  • Design and maintain NetSuite integrations and transaction flows between source systems and downstream processes
  • Establish and enforce configuration standards, data integrity controls, and change management protocols across the platform
  • Support and help manage the NetSuite release, testing, and deployment process
  • Provide guidance and technical enablement to end users and administrators, including advanced reporting, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Maintain deep, current expertise in NetSuite functionality and proactively recommend improvements to platform design and usage
  • Document solution designs, configurations, and governance policies to ensure maintainability and scalability
