About The Position

The Social Impact Intern The NetSuite Social Impact intern will work on a variety of projects in support of NetSuite’s Social Impact commitment. You will work alongside various stakeholders to  improve program operations, drive more employee engagement and contribute in driving compelling stories to advance NetSuite’s culture and Social Impact. What You’ll Bring Pursuing a bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, Sustainability, or related fields Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a proactive mindset Able to work independently in fast-paced environments and collaborate on teams Passionate about social impact and driven to make a difference Bonus skills: project management and nonprofit experience Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. For clarity purposes, this means that Oracle is not in a position now, or in the future, to offer US immigration sponsorship. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and creating key assets for internal and external program offerings
  • Enable employee engagement internally
  • Support Together@NetSuite program operations and logistics for rollout of events
  • Assess and identify opportunities across business functions
  • Support the comms planning for internal events related to social impact

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
