About The Position

A global technology and professional services organization is seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to support a critical ERP implementation initiative. This role will serve as a client-side project manager and implementation advocate, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure a successful NetSuite deployment. The position is fully remote, with the exception of one required onsite visit (approximately one week) for testing at office location.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required (due to federal project work)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 4+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, consulting, or project management
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams

Nice To Haves

• Full-cycle NetSuite implementation leadership
• Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition in NetSuite
• Experience with SuiteProjects
• Background working with external consulting or implementation partners

Responsibilities

• Act as the client-side NetSuite Project Manager for an active implementation
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during ERP delivery
• Oversee project planning, execution, timelines, and risk management
• Manage UAT planning, coordination, and execution oversight
• Serve as a primary point of contact between business stakeholders and implementation partners
• Drive clear communication, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment
• Support full-cycle NetSuite implementation activities
• Advocate for business requirements and ensure solution alignment
