About The Position

We are looking to hire a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to assist the NetSuite BU with transformation of its Quote to Cash processes. The main tasks of this role include gathering requirements, testing, communicating to management the progress on projects, initiatives. This individual contributor is also responsible for managing relationships with our stakeholders, and act as a liaison between stakeholders & developers on the engineering team A top-performing Senior Business Analyst should be able to identify ways in which to improve customer satisfaction, while being a strong communicator and have a natural analytical way of thinking. Serve as liaison between the IT team and Opportunity to Order & Order to Cash POD’s (Product Oriented Delivery), with attention to detail to deliver quality products. Act as a team leader to other personnel, while participating in the design and implementation of NetSuite solutions that are aligned with our business/corporate strategies and goals. The Senior Business Analyst must have the ability to use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. This role is responsible for developing new business strategies and models, communicating to management how these strategies will enhance the business efficiency, and reporting the performance of the team and the business

Requirements

A minimum of 8 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
Experience of working on Quote to Cash process improvements and transformation initiatives
Bonus points for experience implementing NetSuite ERP, CRM or any other IT solution.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Agile and workings of a product-oriented model
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Able to facilitate working meetings, ask good questions, listen to the answers.
Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting facilitation, stakeholder analysis, and risk identification and mitigation.
Ability to proactively contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for and ability to understand customer needs.
Ability work with globally distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or any related field.

Nice To Haves

CRM and/or ERP implementation specifically Quote to Cash transformation.
Solid understanding of SaaS buyer journey and customer lifecycle
Exposure to AI tools and technologies

Responsibilities

Evaluating business processes, as well as anticipating, and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
Creatively use AI or rule-based automation to raise productivity, contribute to cost savings and top live revenue growth
Ensuring project team meets timelines and intended scope
Performing requirements gathering for projects, enhancements and issues
Conducting meetings, presentations, and ongoing reviews of projects updates.
Communicating shared understanding of the problem, the possible solutions
Conducting basic testing of user stories ensuring they adhere to the acceptance criteria and/or collaborate with the Quality Assurance team as needed
