We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a NetSuite Financials Manager to join the Enterprise Applications team in our Digital Advisory practice. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. YOUR TEAM. This position will support our Digital Advisory team. We advise a blend of small, mid-sized and large US and multinational firms on strategy, technology, and transformation, process optimization, analytics enablement, systems implementations, automation, integrations, data management, and more. Join our multidisciplinary Enterprise Application team as we lead clients to achieve operational excellence through developing a deep understanding of their business and, based on that understanding, leverage technology, innovation, and automation to glean insights and maximize efficiencies. YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead business requirements gathering workshops with clients and serve as a solution architect for full cycle NetSuite implementation engagements, serving as a subject matter expert for the Record to Report process areas. Translate complex business requirements and processes into professionally documented NetSuite best practice-based solution designs and process flows. Perform process fit gap analysis on client business requirements. Perform as an individual contributor (as needed) as well as serve as a leader on all phases of NetSuite implementation projects including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment. Drive implementation delivery and provide quality control oversight of the implementation deliverables across all phases of the project including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment. Foster and provide proactive written and spoken communication with internal and external teams. Manage client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, seek to deeply understand and support the client’s business and driving client satisfaction. Provide project management support on engagements including project planning, project and task level timeline adherence, strong change management, junior team member delivery oversight, monitor issues/risk and work to effectively mitigate. Ability to consistently remain up to date with NetSuite product functionality, with a passion to learn new modules/functionalities on engagements as required per project. Exhibit deep expertise in data migration theory and best practices Participate in sales cycles and drive business development and drive business to other firm offerings. Willingness to managing resources on projects and within the NetSuite practice. Passion for mentoring junior resources and contributing to their development. Currently travel is limited, but must have ability to travel up to 30% YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, information technology, computer science or related discipline Extensive implementation and product experience with Oracle NetSuite in a consulting role, minimum of 5 years ERP implementation experience or professional services experience required Superb communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with consultants and clients and make impactful project presentations. Team player, with the ability to work collaborative with internal and external team members. Self-starter, driven, resourceful, and problem solver Driven by customer satisfaction, success and quality of work Functional expertise in finance/accounting (record to report) Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, technology or service industries Must have experience or knowledge with documentation of project deliverables, requirements, configuration, process flows, test cases, and other related documents Expert in the use of various project tools and templates (Visio, PPT, Word, Excel, Azure Dev Ops, etc.) NetSuite Certifications preferred including NetSuite Suitefoundations, NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Accounting Professional, NetSuite Financial Associate.
