Responsibilities

  • Create and execute demand generation campaigns with association and buying group partners (webinars, online media, direct mail, landing pages)
  • Assist with content creation (case studies, one pagers, infographics)
  • Help prepare campaign kits and touch plans to inform the sales org
  • Support program field communications, including newsletters and monthly reports, and webinar creation
  • Import and analyze data from marketing campaigns
  • Manage scopes, budget tracking, and internal documentation
  • Oversee franchise/member list management, data imports, and quarterly refreshes
  • Update team trackers (member lists, payment status, partner IDs)

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
