About The Position

This role is critical to supporting operational scale across finance, supply chain, warehouse, and sales operations. The ideal candidate has over five years of hands-on NetSuite experience, strong accounting and financial process knowledge, and practical experience with SPS Commerce (EDI) and RF Smart in a distribution or manufacturing environment. This person will serve as the internal NetSuite expert and a key partner to Finance, Operations, and external implementation partners.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteScript.
  • Over five years of NetSuite experience.
  • Strong finance and accounting knowledge including process development and improvement.
  • Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
  • Experience with variance analysis and general ledger management.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance workflows (GL, AR/AP, inventory accounting).
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products environment.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain NetSuite modules including GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Advanced Inventory.
  • Serve as system owner for NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, sandbox testing, and release management.
  • Document system configuration, business processes, and admin procedures.
  • Manage revenue recognition, costing, inventory valuation, and ensure GL integrity.
  • Build and maintain financial reports and saved searches for leadership and auditors.
  • Ensure alignment with accounting best practices and internal controls.
  • Create and maintain operational and financial dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
  • Act as a bridge between technical configuration and business needs.
  • Support audit requests and system reviews.
