About The Position

Arcosa Construction Products Group is seeking a NetSuite Business Analyst to join our team in Arlington, TX. In this role, you will serve as the primary NetSuite Administrator, supporting day-to-day operations, resolving user issues, managing system enhancements, and optimizing NetSuite functionalities to align with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of NetSuite experience in an administrator or analyst role
• NetSuite Administrator Certification required
• Strong technical knowledge of NetSuite capabilities, SuiteScript, and platform frameworks
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in project planning, implementation, and cross-functional coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support, troubleshooting user issues, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Guide and support users in effective navigation and use of NetSuite features and tools.
• Maintain a strong architectural understanding of the NetSuite OneWorld environment, including segment configuration and global business processes.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of core business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
• Manage approval workflows, create and modify Advanced PDF templates, and customize system reports and saved searches to meet business requirements.
• Configure user roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access and security compliance.
• Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of new NetSuite features and business unit integrations.
• Support system integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop and deliver effective NetSuite training to users at all levels of the organization.
• Promote a collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented environment within the broader ERP and business systems team.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, industry regulations, and IT best practices.
