About The Position

Our mission is to inspire everyone to ride ALSO—replacing many local car, truck and SUV miles with ones on vehicles that are more affordable, more enjoyable and 10-50x more efficient. We’re looking for a hands-on NetSuite Administrator to lead the optimization, automation, and integration of our financial systems. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, and Operations to ensure NetSuite and its connected tools drive efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience supporting or implementing financial systems in a global environment.
  • Expertise in NetSuite administration and configuration; experience with Coupa, Shopify, Avalara, Concur, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, P2P, OTC, and financial reporting processes.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex system integrations and collaborate with senior Finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Anaplan or Adaptive Insights for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation tools or workflow platforms.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize NetSuite, including configurations, user roles, workflows, and issue resolution.
  • Support and integrate financial systems such as Coupa, Shopify, Avalara, Concur, Ironclad, and Rippling.
  • Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches that deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across all systems and financial processes.
  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and third-party integrations, coordinating with IT and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase scalability and reduce manual work.
  • Support month-end close and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Train users, document workflows, and champion best practices across teams.
