About The Position

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in Brio’s NetSuite ERP implementation and long-term platform ownership. The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for system configuration, data migration, integrations, APIs, and ongoing optimization of the NetSuite environment. The ideal candidate has deep functional and technical NetSuite experience and enjoys working closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and external implementation partners.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience administering NetSuite ERP in a mid-market or enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting at least one full NetSuite implementation or major ERP upgrade.
  • Strong experience with NetSuite data migration, imports, and reconciliation.
  • Proven experience supporting integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and EDI workflows.
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite security, roles, permissions, and approval hierarchies.
  • Experience with SuiteFlow, saved searches, and custom reporting.
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational ERP processes.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and external vendors.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SuiteScript (basic to intermediate) is a strong plus.
  • NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP platform.
  • Configure and maintain NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, forms, saved searches, and custom records.
  • Own day-to-day system administration, performance monitoring, and platform stability.
  • Manage sandbox environments, release testing, and production deployments.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners during NetSuite implementation and post-go-live phases.
  • Support chart of accounts setup, subsidiaries, multi-location inventory, and core financial modules.
  • Assist with business process design and system configuration across Finance, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
  • Validate configurations against business requirements and best practices.
  • Lead and execute data loads and migrations, including customers, vendors, items, BOMs, pricing, open transactions, and historical data.
  • Ensure data accuracy, validation, reconciliation, and auditability.
  • Develop repeatable data import and cleansing processes using CSV imports, scripts, or middleware tools.
  • Support and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems (CRM, eCommerce, WMS, 3PL, EDI providers, etc.).
  • Work with REST and SOAP APIs to enable system-to-system data exchange.
  • Support EDI transactions (orders, ASNs, invoices, acknowledgements) and partner onboarding.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Build and maintain workflows, SuiteFlow automations, and approval processes.
  • Develop saved searches, reports, and dashboards for Finance and Operations leadership.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Support internal audits, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for NetSuite-related issues and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, configurations, and operating procedures.
  • Support end-user training and adoption across departments.
  • Stay current with NetSuite releases and recommend platform enhancements.
  • Partner closely with IT, Finance, and Operations leadership to align ERP capabilities with business goals.
