Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all NetSuite-related questions, technical issues, and troubleshooting. Manage user roles, permissions, and system access while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for leadership and customer service teams. Support workflows for order processing, invoicing, returns, exchanges, and warranty requests. Maintain accurate item records, pricing, and customer data in NetSuite. Collaborate with Oracle NetSuite support and internal teams to resolve technical issues. Provide team training on NetSuite best practices and new features. Marketing Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Total RESA's products and services. Manage and update company website content, including product and category descriptions. Maintain social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to showcase projects, success stories, and industry news. Create and distribute marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns. Coordinate promotions, trade show participation, and community events. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. Partner with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business development goals.
