About The Position

Arisa Health in Jonesboro is seeking candidates to fill a Netsmart Corrections Specialist position. Netsmart is an electronical medical record system. Candidates must have an associates degree or specialized training. At least 2-5 years of medical billing office experience is required. Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance is required. The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills; familiarity with Microsoft applications including, but not limited to Word and Excel and 10-key; and general knowledge of internet navigation and research, email, fax transmission, and copy equipment. The position will be responsible for processing Netsmart corrections as appropriate and valid, updating guarantor maintenance. Assist billing team, train/cross train, doing Netsmart research to find trends of errors and corrections . Additional duties as appropriate: spreadsheet charge input when needed, assist billing team as a whole, running reports, doing Netsmart research within the system. The ideal candidate should be able to work unsupervised.
