Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bilingual: Fluent in English & Spanish (required).
• 1+ year(s) caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
• Driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Compassion, reliability, and patience.

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Give medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments or community outings.
• Report changes in condition to supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality and dignity.
• Deliver care that reflects Compassion in Every HeartBEAT.
• Follow policies, safety, and state requirements.
