.Net Web Developer III
About The Position
Our client is seeking two Microsoft .NET Web Developers to design, develop, test, implement and maintain solutions and features for applications in a Microsoft .NET environment. The developers will also design and implement an Oracle database in support of the application. Developers will need to provide reliable, responsive support for these projects and systems and support existing systems as assigned. This work requires 40 hrs./week of work for candidates with advanced developer skillsets and experience. The developers will be working on new development, enhancements and/or providing support for existing applications as determined by the client’s priorities. There are multiple initiatives to develop new applications and to redesign legacy applications to meet current business needs with supported technologies. Candidates must have proven work experience with application development, user interface development for custom applications, and database design and development. The developers must work closely with team members and the Application Architect Lead for application solutions, development plans, and ensure effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure. This may include working with approved third -party technologies. An important part of the work will be to understand the interactions between applications and services within the environment and evaluate the impact of changes or additions.
Requirements
- Advanced level application development skillsets including analysis, design and development within Microsoft .Net Framework. (8+ yrs)
- Coding experience in .Net framework with MVC including C#, VB.Net, JavaScript and Bootstrap. (8+ yrs)
- Applying accessibility and security standards to custom applications. (6+ yrs)
- Developing applications with Oracle databases including writing stored procedures and SQL. (8+ yrs)
- Working in Azure DevOps including keeping work items updated in addition to code management. (4+ years)
