The NetSuite Project Manager at RF-SMART is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of projects to ensure they are completed successfully and within the designated deadlines. This position requires a strong set of management skills to effectively coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders. The Project Manager will be expected to handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to manage challenging conversations and maintain a high level of organization throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, the Project Manager will manage resources, timelines, project scope, and customer expectations. They will be responsible for delivering project plans and cost estimates to clients, as well as managing project deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will also handle change requests, assess their impact, and negotiate any necessary changes to the project scope. Key activities include defining functional and technical specifications, conducting unit and integration testing, and planning for Go-Live support. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project communication and escalations. They will also support the sales team by providing project estimates to assist in the sales cycle. Post Go-Live project management activities for key accounts will also be part of their responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, are essential for success in this role. Additionally, the Project Manager should be willing to travel to client sites for requirements gathering and solution delivery.
