We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in helping us reconcile and correct a significant number of incomplete or incorrect records within our NetSuite environment. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional NetSuite developer with deep expertise in SuiteScript 2.0 and a proven track record of taking ownership of complex problems and delivering innovative solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom SuiteScript 2.0 scripts to automate processes, correct mass data issues, and enhance our NetSuite instance.
  • Analyze and correct incomplete or incorrect records in NetSuite, ensuring data integrity across the system.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement within our NetSuite environment, optimizing performance, and implementing best practices.
  • Develop and implement custom workflows, integrations, and solutions tailored to our business needs, ensuring seamless operation and scalability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver technical solutions that align with company goals.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all custom scripts, workflows, and integrations.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing NetSuite customizations, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and implementing necessary fixes.
  • Involved in the end-to-end NetSuite development projects, from scoping to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Must be a certified NetSuite ERP Consultant or Developer.
  • Extensive experience with SuiteScript 2.0, including developing complex custom scripts, Suitelets, RESTlets, Map/Reduce, User Event Scripts, and Scheduled Scripts.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining NetSuite customizations, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, fostering strong relationships across departments.
  • Comfortable with change and able to pivot quickly as business needs evolve.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and other relevant web technologies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of development and data management.
  • Committed to understanding and meeting the needs of internal customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Other relevant certifications, such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteCloud Developer, are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, retail, or distribution industries, and an understanding of their specific NetSuite requirements.
  • Experience managing complex projects, using tools like JIRA or Asana, with a focus on agile development methodologies.
