Vursor is looking for a skilled NetSuite Delivery Manager to manage and deliver implementation projects while taking on key governance functions. The Delivery Manager (DM) will ensure internal controls on project governance, optimize resource allocations, oversee team development, and maintain the quality and efficiency of Vursor's delivery processes. The DM will also foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement across the Delivery Team. In addition to project oversight, the DM will lead internal initiatives, oversee operational controls, and work closely with the Project Controls Officer (PCO) to ensure seamless project administration and invoicing. The DM plays a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring Consultants of all levels, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring team alignment with Vursor’s objectives and standards.

Oversee the delivery of multiple client engagements, ensuring adherence to Vursor's project methodology and governance framework.
Conduct weekly reviews of overdue clients and project suspensions, identifying corrective actions and escalation points.
Ensure resource allocation and workload distribution are optimized by performing weekly resource allocation checks.
Monitor project risks, budgets, and burn rates, taking proactive measures to mitigate issues.
Conduct project reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Act as an escalation point for project-related issues and ensure their timely resolution.
Host internal and client-facing project status calls to maintain alignment across stakeholders.
Conduct one-on-ones with Delivery Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and career development support.
Perform quarterly reviews for Delivery Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual performance targets.
Identify skill gaps and opportunities for growth, providing tailored development plans for team members.
Act as the secondary escalation point for critical project issues and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor project-related risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Support Consultants in handling complex or high-impact client scenarios.
Participate in candidate interviews to assess technical, functional, and cultural fit.
Identify gaps in skillsets and make hiring recommendations as needed.
Maintain skillset criteria for consulting positions.
Ensure internal controls, adherence to governance standards, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
Execute on corporate-level KPIs and ensure Professional Services team meets them.
Optimize resource allocations and structure internal tasks for maximum productivity.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in invoicing, timesheet submissions, and payment applications.
Manage project risks and resolve critical escalations to ensure project success.

Experience managing a NetSuite consulting team.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Proven ability to optimize resource allocation and workload distribution.
Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.

Experience in a consulting environment with a focus on client satisfaction.
Familiarity with invoicing processes and financial management in project delivery.
Background in recruitment and talent assessment for consulting roles.
