The AMO Solution Services (AMOSS) team is responsible for assisting the AMO Sales Organization (existing customers) to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and maximize our customer’s use of NetSuite by developing solutions for their post go live needs. Our consultants provide implementation, product, and industry thought leadership during the sales cycle. We do this by listening to the needs of our customers, designing a robust solution, and presenting to the customer how best to implement that solution. This includes scoping, estimating, documenting, and communicating the customer’s solution and implementation strategy.
