About The Position

The Net Revenue Analyst is responsible for assisting the reimbursement team in internal and external reporting for assigned entities, coordinating net revenue functions related to the strategic financial planning process, and ensuring the integrity of net revenue. This role involves preparing schedules for Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare cost reports, analyzing net revenue variances, and supporting senior analysts in budget preparation and financial audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing schedules for Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare cost reports.
• Gain understanding of third-party cost report changes and investigate differences.
• Prepare monthly reserve model and analyze net revenue variances.
• Submit mid-month projections of net revenue for assigned entities.
• Complete monthly reserve analysis to help develop adequate reserve position.
• Support senior analysts with complex projections and budget preparation.
• Stay updated on third-party regulations and provide financial impact analysis.
• Coordinate data collection for financial audits and cash reconciliations.
• Reconcile balance sheet allowance and settlement accounts monthly.
• Prepare quarterly reporting of balance sheet changes.
• Provide reimbursement analysis for new and existing product lines.
• Maintain net revenue model software and update necessary information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
