Learn more at Alightcareers.com About the Role The Participant Communications Technology team, which designs, develops, and supports applications that enable the creation, management, and delivery of participant communication. Our work spans systems for document generation, content management, print and fulfillment operations, digital content distribution, and end to end document lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Demonstrate skills with C# and the .NET Framework
- Demonstrate skills with Microsoft SQL Server and T-‘SQL.
- Demonstrate skills with Entity Framework
- Understand with MVC, JavaScript, HTML, and Angular for fronend development.
- Possess experience with Quadient Inspire or similar enterprise document generation CMS platforms.
- Cloud engineering experience with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, etc.)
- Develop Scripting experience with Groovy, Kotlin, Scala.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and enhancing web and service based applications that support participant communications.
- Contributing across the full application stack, including UI development (Web Forms/MVC/Angular/HTML/JavaScript), APIs, business logic, and database components.
- Supporting applications through monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborating with product owners, analysts, QA, architects, and teammates as part of an Agile delivery process.
- Building solutions that improve automation, scalability, and efficiency for document creation, content delivery, and print/fulfillment workflows.
- Maintaining and extend systems related to document lifecycle management, versioning, content approvals, and secure distribution.
- Implementing performance and stability enhancements for high-volume processing systems.
