Arlluk Technology Solutions (ATS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced .NET Developer to support the FBI's Information Management Division at the FBI Records Operation Center (ROC) in Winchester, VA or Chantilly, VA. This position requires a Top-secret Clearance and is designed for a mid-level developer who will apply information technology solutions to enhance business processes. The developer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of web applications and services, engaging in all aspects of the software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and deployment. Collaboration with team members is essential in this role, as it is set within a team environment. The developer will design and develop web application functionality using C#, build rich internet applications utilizing JavaScript, JQuery, and other client-side technologies, and maintain web services using WCF, REST, and JSON. The role also involves adhering to good development practices such as documentation, code standards, and optimization. The ideal candidate must be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating functional requirements into web-based solutions. Additionally, the developer will conduct automated unit and integration tests, research problems identified by QA or product support, and explore new technologies and developmental tools as needed.
