The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Roslyn, Microsoft.CodeAnalysis, and cloud‑native architectures on AWS. This role involves leading technical design, building high‑performance systems, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of high‑performance applications using C# and .NET Core. Architect, develop, and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs. Drive cloud adoption, optimize applications, and streamline deployments on AWS. Build and maintain source generators, analyzers, syntax rewriters, and other compiler-based tools using Roslyn. Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to ensure high‑quality project delivery. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve system reliability and performance. Participate in technical roadmap and strategy, staying ahead of emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience with C#, .NET Framework/Core.
Deep understanding of .NET compilation, IL code, runtime behavior.
Strong hands‑on experience with Roslyn (Microsoft.CodeAnalysis) for code analysis and generation.
Expertise in creating source generators, code analyzers, syntax rewriters.
Solid knowledge of MSBuild, custom build tasks, and the .NET SDK.
Experience with Reflection, Expression Trees, and dynamic code generation.
Expertise in T4 templates, Razor, or similar templating technologies.
Understanding of ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and modern .NET architectural patterns.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, EKS/Kubernetes, etc.
Ability to design and implement cloud‑native architectures and deployment automation.

Responsibilities
