About The Position

In this role, you will: Collaborate with planning managers, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and agency partners to translate business requirements into technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture Develop robust ASP.NET MVC applications and backend components following established BCA patterns and security standards Build, deploy, and test software modules using automated testing and CI/CD deployment tools Provide guidance on technical alternatives and propose cost‑effective solutions that align with business goals Review and assist in creating test cases and test plans with QA teams Perform unit and integration testing using industry-standard frameworks Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and introduce new tools, patterns, and methods Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and work cross‑functionally with diverse technical teams Support knowledge transfer and mentor team members as needed

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience developing ASP.NET MVC applications with C#
  • 5+ years of professional unit testing experience (NUnit preferred)
  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery
  • 5+ years working with Entity Framework
  • Skilled writing T‑SQL and developing stored procedures in MS SQL Server
  • Experience creating and supporting REST/SOAP services and Web APIs
  • Experience developing Windows Services in .NET 5.0 or higher
  • Experience triaging and resolving complex software issues
  • Exposure to Agile Scrum environments
  • Experience with DevOps and automation within CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with XML, XML schemas, and XSLT
  • Understanding of Domain-Driven Design concepts
