POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join our growing technology team. This role will focus on modernizing and expanding our existing .NET infrastructure and supporting high-performance applications that power critical business functions across our organization. The ideal candidate is experienced in developing reliable, scalable code within a fast-paced Agile environment and takes pride in writing clean, testable software that can handle complex integrations. LOCATION This is a hybrid position out of our Highlands Ranch, CO office. Ability to come onsite one day per week.

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET technologies to support core business applications
  • Participate in modernization efforts, including migrating legacy ASP.NET components to modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Contribute to the ongoing expansion of our .NET infrastructure to meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals
  • Collaborate with other development teams to integrate and streamline multiple systems into a unified platform
  • Write, execute, and maintain comprehensive unit tests to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD processes
  • Partner with DevOps and cloud teams to support deployment and infrastructure initiatives within Azure
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Requires 3+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and service-oriented architecture
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment
  • Experience with JavaScript or modern frontend frameworks
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
