About The Position

We are actively seeking a talented and experienced.NET Developer to join a high -impact client engagement in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Microsoft technologies who are passionate about building scalable, secure, and high -performance applications. As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise -grade solutions using the Microsoft stack—including.NET Core, Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365. You’ll collaborate with cross -functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions that meet complex business requirements, while ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and seamless deployment. This is a client -facing role that requires excellent communication skills, technical leadership, and the ability to work independently in a fast -paced environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands -on experience in.NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud -native application design
• Experience with SharePoint, Office 365, and enterprise integration patterns
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem -solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy web applications using.NET Core and related Microsoft technologies
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise applications
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope
• Integrate applications with cloud platforms (Azure) and third -party services
• Maintain and enhance existing applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the development lifecycle
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and deployment procedures
• Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate
