As a Software Developer at Creatio, you will contribute to the core business process platform, delivering scalable and customizable solutions that empower organizations to automate workflows and drive innovation.

  • Design, develop, test, and debug software features according to requirements and specifications.
  • Translate system designs into robust, maintainable code implementing new features.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Perform unit, integration, and system testing to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and agile development activities.
  • Support and troubleshoot customer issues to maintain the smooth operation of the Creatio platform.
  • 5+ years of professional programming experience, primarily with .NET and Angular.
  • Strong backend development skills in C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
  • Experience with JS, TS, Angular (or other frameworks).
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as NUnit, Mocha, Playwright, or WebDriver.io.
  • Solid understanding of architectural principles, including SOLID, microservices, layered architecture, and event-driven design.
  • Proficient with version control systems like Git and SVN, including branching, merging, and rebasing workflows.
  • Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle is a plus.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
