As a NERC Compliance Analyst within PSEG's Operations and Planning team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability Standards. This position is integral to maintaining the reliability and security of the bulk electric system, focusing specifically on the 693/NERC Operations and Planning Reliability Standards. You will be part of the NERC Compliance Group, where your responsibilities will include governance and oversight of PSEG's adherence to these standards. Your role will involve meeting critical NERC reporting deadlines to ensure that PSEG remains compliant with all regulatory requirements. You will be tasked with compiling, reviewing, assessing, and maintaining NERC compliance documents, which are essential for audit preparation and NERC mitigation activities. Additionally, you will be expected to acquire NERC expertise to support relevant PSEG business initiatives, ensuring that the company is well-prepared for any compliance audits or regulatory changes. This position is remote local, meaning you will be expected to work from home but will need to be in the office at least eight times a month for purpose-driven interactions.
