NTKDA is excited to add three nephrologists to their team for retirement successions. Hiring Package Details: Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits, including 401k with 3% employer contribution 4 weeks PTO (increases to 6 weeks after year 2) Partnership after 2 years of employment Panoramic equity grant after 2 years of employment with opportunity to buy more Quarterly productivity bonuses CME annual allowance $2500 Relocation allowance Additional pay opportunity for internal locums Schedule Details: Create your own schedule, prioritizing patient care and flexible work-life balance Pod model - 3-4 physicians per pod to minimize travel 1:4 or 1:3 weekend call (dependent upon your pod) Typical week consists of: office clinics, 2-4 dialysis shifts, cover assigned acute hospital Immediate patient base in a thriving community. Practice Details: One of the largest nephrology practices in the North Dallas area Well-respected group of collaborative physicians who provide support and mentorship to new nephrologists Office locations & practice areas are in safe, diverse, coveted suburbs of North Dallas Ideal Candidate: Motivated, compassionate physician BC/BE in nephrology Full medical license in Texas H-1B employment sponsorship available.
