About The Position

Nepali- Speaking Behavior Technician (Part-Time) – Akron, OH Company: SparkJoy ABA, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time Location: In-person –Akron, OH Pay: $17-$22 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Akron, OH. Your Role: Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans Teach communication, daily living, and social skills Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs Support families through parent training and consistent communication Work Environment: This role takes place in clients’ homes. Team members must feel comfortable entering client homes and neighborhoods within their assigned territory. To protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check. Requirements

1+ year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
A passion for helping children grow and succeed
Reliable transportation to client homes in Akron
Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course before starting
Ability to pass the RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you prepare)
Willingness to commute to assigned learners
Must speak Nepali
