This position develops, coordinates, administesr and monitors the Environmental Review and Environmental Condition of Property (ECOP) portions of the Department of Military Affairs Statewide Environmental Program to ensure compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, AR 200-1, NGB-ILE's ECOP Policy and with related Federal, State, and local environmental laws and regulations. The employee reports to the Director of Environmental Management and serves as the primary point of contact pertaining to NEPA and ECOP for NCARNG facilities statewide, National Guard Bureau (NGB), and other Federal and State agencies.
