Responsibilities

• Join a team of 4 Neonatologists covering three well-established facilities-all within 15 minutes of each other.
• Provide care at Baptist Medical Center East, which has a Level III NICU with 28 beds and 24/7 NNP coverage.
• Support the busiest delivery service in Montgomery with MFM support via telemedicine.
• Provide care at Baptist Medical Center South, which has a Level III NICU with 40 beds and 24/7 NNP coverage.
• Work at a Regional Perinatal Center with high transfer volume.
• Cover the newborn nursery at Jackson Hospital, which has a small special care population.
• Enjoy flexible scheduling and work-life balance with call from home and shared coverage across all three facilities.
