About The Position

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join our collaborative team at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital (HDH) in Richmond, Virginia. This is your chance to practice in a state-of-the-art 40-bed Level III NICU with a supportive, experienced team and a schedule designed for work-life balance.

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatology.

Responsibilities

• Provide day and night coverage in the Level III NICU.
• Participate in a staffing model with 6 full-time Neonatologists.
• Conduct high-frequency ventilation (HFOV & HFJV) and inhaled nitric oxide procedures.
• Oversee therapeutic hypothermia with aEEG.
• Manage pediatric surgical patients.
• Participate in nurse-driven transport with physician oversight.
