Pediatrix Medical Group, in partnership with Rapides Women's and Children's Hospital (RWCH), is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Neonatologist to join our growing team in Alexandria, Louisiana. Requirements

• BC Pediatrics
• BE/BC Neonatology

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a 34-bed, Level III NICU with diverse acuity and case variety.
• Collaborate in a 2 Neonatologist / 4 NNP model.
• Participate in newborn nursery rounds.
• Cover in-house during transports with NNP-led transport team.
• Manage home call for Neonatologists after rounds.
• Handle 1,500-2,000 deliveries annually.
