About The Position

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Neonatologist to join our thriving 55-bed Level III NICU at Huntsville Hospital-a designated Regional Referral Center for the state of Alabama. This is your opportunity to work in a high-acuity, high-volume setting with a collaborative team of Neonatologists and NNPs, all committed to delivering exceptional care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Join a group of 6 Neonatologists and 8 in-house NNPs who manage care together, ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.
• Enjoy a flexible call structure that supports work-life balance.
• Participate in a collegial, neonatologist-led team that values collaboration, flexibility, and mutual support.
• Work together with the group to care for all patients and revisit the schedule once the 6th Neonatologist is on board.
