About The Position

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join our collaborative team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital (HDH) in Richmond, Virginia. This is your chance to practice in a state-of-the-art 40-bed Level III NICU with a supportive, experienced team and a schedule designed for work-life balance.

• BE/BC Neonatology

Responsibilities

• Staffing Model: 6 full-time Neonatologists
• Day coverage: 2 Neonatologists (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Night coverage: 1 in-house Neonatologist (5:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Transport: Nurse-driven team with physician oversight (avg. 15 transports/year)
• Perform procedures and services including high-frequency ventilation (HFOV & HFJV), inhaled nitric oxide, therapeutic hypothermia with aEEG, and care for pediatric surgical patients.
• No ECMO or cardiac surgery (except PDA ligations)
