About The Position

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Neonatologist Medical Director to lead our collaborative and high-performing team at Southeast Health in Dothan, AL. Requirements

• BC Pediatrics
• BE/BC Neonatology
• Previous Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2 Neonatologists and 3 NNPs.
• Oversee the operations of an 18-bed Level III NICU, 30 LDRP beds, and a 20-bed Newborn Nursery.
• Manage approximately 1,500 deliveries annually.
• Collaborate with the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine.
• Provide flexible scheduling with a week on/week off model and call from home.
