About The Position

Pediatrix is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our established team of providers at Covenant Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a high‑acuity environment supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Position Highlights: 54‑bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Average daily census of 35–40 patients Access to a full complement of pediatric subspecialties Comprehensive responsibilities including patient assessment, management, treatment, and participation in high‑risk deliveries Active involvement in quality improvement initiatives to support optimal patient outcomes A cornerstone of Michigan’s Great Lakes Bay Region, Saginaw is located in Central Michigan and is approximately 90 minutes from Detroit.
