Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our established practice at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City and Norman Regional Hospital. This role involves providing coverage at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, a 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29, and Norman Regional Hospital, a 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14. The position offers a work-life balance focus with 12-hour in-house shifts, averaging three shifts per week and every other weekend. It's a collegial, private practice environment, joining a tenured staff of 6 neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners, fostering a close-knit team culture backed by robust hospital resources. Oklahoma City offers a vibrant urban culture with affordable living, excellent schools, and a friendly, 'big small-town' feel.
Requirements
- Current APRN national specialty certification with specialized ceritifcation as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Minimum of a master’s degree
