Practice Highlights
Level III NICU with 30 private rooms
Average daily census of 25 NICU patients
Approximately 4,500 annual deliveries
Attend high‑risk deliveries and provide coverage in a 30‑bed well‑baby nursery
24‑hour shifts, averaging 7–8 shifts per month for excellent work‑life balance
Collaborative team of 4 neonatologists and 4 NNPs
On‑site MFM support, pediatric surgeons, and multiple pediatric subspecialties affiliated with Nemours

Requirements

• Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
• Minimum of a master’s degree

Responsibilities
